Easter Sunday, Playing At The Park, The Zamboni And A
Bad Tummy Ache
The Easter Bunny also happened to visit Pie and Papa's
house but this time he waited until Sunday morning - like he
normally does. Sawyer had a great time hunting for eggs
there as well with his Petrie cousins this time.
After the fun, we decided to head to the park that is close to
Kate's parents and go play on the playground. There is a
small area for the littler kids but a pretty big one for the bigger
kids (i.e. Mommy and Daddy.) That said, Sawyer was pretty
undaunted and got right out there to try.
We had a special treat when we went skating in the middle of
the day with Mommy one day this week and the gentleman
who drives the Zamboni let Sawyer get up on the seat and
even honk its horn! It would be great if there were a second
seat but there isn't, so he couldn't go for a ride, but it was very
nice of the man all the same.
Finally, at the end of the week Kate picked up Sawyer who
had such a bad stomach ache that he could hardly move.
Suspecting he was just gas, she ignored it until, after 2
hours it had not subsided. After taking him to urgent care,
where he couldn't walk into the place, by the time we had
paid and gotten him registered he was almost find and sure
enough by the time he saw the physician he was just peachy
keen. We left with essentially two of the most expensive
stickers of all time!

It was just a bit difficult for Mom to get a good photo with
