Kate's Christmas Party At Work And Whitney and Olivia's
Birthday Party
Kate's Christmas party is always early in the season and this
year was no different. Sawyer was quite the little sport with
his red sweater after being allowed to wear what he wanted
to at school for "shirt day." We all had a good time, but
Sawyer's honorary godfather, Jackson Hunt brought a Lego
Incredible Hulk and Sawyer really enjoyed playing with it and
with his little monkey.
Later that weekend, we had a dual-girl birthday party. Two of
his little pals, Olivia and Whitney from school had a birthday
party at a "Little Gym" and as you can imagine, our boy who
loves to run and jump and play had an utter ball with the
whole thing. We arrived a bit late because of a poorly timed
nap - but there was no way around it and we were glad that
we let him have what little nap he did!
It was hard not to eat the cake and we felt bad for him as we
continue to try to cut back on the sugar and of course the
dairy, eggs and gluten in cake aren't what he needs - we are
going to need to find a substitute!
