The World Is A Safer Place
All week all Sawyer really talked about was his Iron Man
costume and when could he possibly get back into it. We
had to beg him to take it off to sleep because we didn't think
he had a chance to be able to get out of it in the middle of
the night if he needed to "go!" It has a velcro closure up the
back.
But we are all feeling much happier and safer knowing that
the man in the indestructible suit is among us keeping us
safe from goodness knows what could come along.
Between Sawyer the super hero and Pippin, his trusty
Pomeranian, the world is definitely a better place.
Our only issue is the Iron Man costume is literally coming
apart at the seams. Literally...now the fabric is starting to
run and the stuffing is coming out of his "muscles" but
Sawyer hasn't seemed to notice - at least he's getting his
wear out of it!
It was nice to have Grandma and Granddad here for so long
and it's always hard to say goodbye but Sawyer got some
great one-on-one time with the two of them - he even got to
go to the zoo with them and they were able to watch not just
one but two of his soccer games. What a treat!
