Football Duckies Take The Ice!
We started with a great weekend of lots and lots of sports!
Saturday mornings are now always swim class and then a
hockey lesson. Sawyer has gotten so good and now
because of the schedule, the he and Mommy take an extra
hour skating together during "free skate" that happens right
after his lessons - its great fun for both!
Hockey fever continues to run high in our home - Sawyer's
latest trick is to take the football helmets he's getting out of
the vending machine at the grocery store (rewards for
exceptional behavior at school) and putting them on his
hockey duckies. The helmets could not fit any better. He then
set up the rink and he and Daddy had a rip roaring game - do
watch the video.
Baseball fever is running high throughout Texas right now as
the Rangers do well and everyone is hoping for a repeat of
last year. Sawyer's little friends at school have all gotten him
very excited and Daddy got Sawyer an official jersey - he's
pretty neat stuff!
Sundays are now dedicated to pool time - we've been
spending hours in the pool - Sawyer just loves it. But this
week Daddy brought out an extra treat - the slip and slide!
We all laughed as everyone took a turn and unsurprisingly -
Sawyer just loved it!
