Swimming, Mom Out Of Town, Goalie Stick From Trash

The weather has warmed up enough that our pool has
become swim-temperature. Sawyer continues to take swim
lessons and we want to do all we can on our end to help him
progress.  On Saturday we spent more than 2 hours straight
in the pool kicking our legs and trying to practice our
"swimming arms."  Sawyer still loves to jump to Daddy, but
remains cautious about the pool in general - we are grateful
for that.

Mommy was out of town this week on a business trip so the
boys had some great bonding time.  On the way to school on
Wednesday morning Sawyer noticed that someone had
goalie sticks sitting next to their garbage cans!  Needless to
say, Daddy had to turn around and get them - and
conveniently there were three goalie sticks - one for each of
us.

Mommy got a very excited call that afternoon when Sawyer
was able to score off of "Goalie Daddy."

Mommy being gone is never that bad when you have Daddy
to play with.
