New Hockey Wear, Getting Better At Skating, A Haircut and
Some Fun With Books
Sawyer got a set of hockey pads for Christmas and we have
been "giving them out" slowly but surely - he's now "earned"
all of them and LOVES to get dressed up for a game...in the
house of course.
His skating lessons are going well - he still gets pretty
distracted when out there on the ice - almost worse when
there are fewer people on the ice because it's easier to
notice each individual at a time and he does his lesson with
all the figure skaters...pretty girls...then again it could also
have to do with the excitement when he knows the Zamboni
is coming!
He had a haircut with his regular stylist this week - so
convenient that she is right across the hall from swimming
and of course we had some good family time as we always
do, in the evening with books, etc. This week, however,
Sawyer wanted to read to us. He really does to announce
that "I'm the teacher..."
