Great Time To Be Outside!
Getting cooler, but still nice weather for the park, so we took
advantage of it - before it gets too cold - to get to the park both
Saturday and Sunday this week. Sawyer continues to love the
park like most kids - he especially loves it when there are
others around to add to the fun and general mayhem. His
favorite thing remains climbing up the slides - though sliding
down them has become more fun now that he's really figured
out how to keep his feet WAY up and so he slides like
lightening. This week he discovered the joy of racing his truck
down the slide - we had a bit of a time getting him to wait until
the other little kids had gotten off the bottom of the slide before
he zoomed his truck on down.
Cooler weather has necessitated long pants. After so many
months of shorts, pants have come as a very unwelcome
change. Luckily he's getting used to them.
Midway through the week we took a trip to Utah with friends to
check out a venue for a business conference for Brent. Sawyer
did really well on the plane - we discovered the bulk head has
more space - great for trying to stay occupied during a 3 hour
flight to Las Vegas.
Sawyer continues to love his "motorbike" which he got for
birthday. Pretty cool to be able to ride your motorbike in the
house, huh?
