Beautiful Weather And Taking Advantage Of It
Over the weekend we took advantage of the great weather
and made it to the park on three occasions - though the
mornings were chilly.
Kate had to work late most nights so Daddy and Sawyer had
some time to work on the latest fun - playing catch (cliché but
there's a reason - it's fun.) Sawyer loves his new glove and
trying to throw the ball "really high and really fast!"
He's also still hockey-crazy after being back in Southern
California and watching his cousin Aidan play. He wants to
wear something with "A number on my back, Mommy, like
Aidan. I need a number on my back." Luckily we do have a
little Dallas Cowboys' jersey that he can wear. That placated
him some.
If it's not baseball or hockey we have soccer on the mind. He
has a little class where he plays it at school and loves to run
after the ball and get it into the goal. Dad is showing him "the
moves."
Last but not least, of course there is the "scooter" (pictured
below with his helmet on) and of course his "bike" and his
"motorcycle" - all in all, our little boy has sports on the brain!
