Boys' Weekend
While Mommy goes off to her annual Girls Weekend in Vail
with her college friends, Daddy and Sawyer make hay while
the sun shines, doing some great "boy stuff!"
They had hamburgers at Red Robin - sitting in the "bar" area,
so Sawyer got to sit on the super tall chairs - very neat.
They also went to get gas - Sawyer helped squeegy, but he
can't reach the windows but does a great job of doing the
door panels!
They also found Sawyer a basketball - who knew bouncing
was so much fun.
But probably the most fun was the fact that Daddy put Sawyer
in the big bath. We're coming to realize that the sink is really
getting too small to get the job done - besides, swimming is
SO much more fun! The only problem is the effort it takes to
clean up the tile afterward.
It was great to see Mommy - and Sawyer gave Kate a
welcome that did not disappoint - you can see the video
below and just how concerned he is with the luggage.
