Sawyer keeps coming up with things we're not sure where he's
learned, or we realize he must have learned from us and it's a
bit spooky! The other day it was "Daddy, where are you?" Then
just today it was, "How are you?" When asked in return, he
says, clear as a bell, "I'm fine."
We opened a new truck, "The Shark," he received for his
birthday. We think it was supposed to go on its own but he
stripped it before it ever did, and has been pushing it his way
ever since - LOVING IT! It makes all sorts of sounds and
noises - he adores it and adores pushing the buttons to make
those noises - including the Jaws music.
Sawyer doesn't watch much television but he did get a kick out
of watching all the little videos of himself on our website.
Whenever he sees and hears himself laugh, it lights up his
face and makes him laugh all over again.
He continues to be Daddy's little helper and likes nothing more
than to do what Daddy is doing (in the yard, around the house -
he's great with a Hand-Vac) and to play with Daddy in the
evenings until Mommy gets home and we can have supper!
Then he treats us both to that irresistible smile.
Going to bed has become easier again - he will even get out of
the bath without a struggle - it's nice! But the BEST is his
reading to us. Treat yourself to the 4th video - hilarious!
