Friends Come To Visit And Back To Work!
This week we had a visitor in our home - Vicki Breunig who
works with Kate -and Sawyer just loved having her around.
Vicki discovered a really neat "race track" through the house
- from the dining room/play room through the living room,
around the island in the kitchen and back - Sawyer loves it
when you push him on the "race track" on his new tricycle.
While she was here, we also took Sawyer to work for the
day for the fun of it - wow, he's on the move these days and
practically knocked the whole Ser staff out with his antics
and getting into everything!
He also managed to sign the word "Please" three time for
Mom one night but then has refused to do it ever since - but
we remain undaunted and determined to see him be our
well-mannered little man.
Sawyer continues to do better and better at both opening
and closing doors - and he really loves to do it. This week
he also discovered the little switch that makes the light go
on when the door opens to the pantry - so now that spot is
particularly interesting. Not only are there neat things to pull
off the shelves, but besides even the door and the light, he
also discovered the bags we keep in there and found
himself inside one the other night - it was a total hoot!
