Daddy's Birthday And "Sawyer's Car"
Mom's been having some serious car trouble and
consequently has had a loaner car for so long that Sawyer
has dubbed it "Sawyer's Car." Sawyer really loves his 2010
Audi A4 - an all Audi family - might as well start him early.
It was Daddy's birthday but we went shopping for a car for
Mommy - Sawyer loved the sleek, red A5 sports car as well
as playing in the little kids area while Dad test drove a
bunch of cars that Mom had already driven.
We're not sure what he's going to do when we have to give
this one back - is the next car going to be Pippin's?
Apparently Chuck E. Cheese visited school this week and
Sawyer liked Chuck E. about as much as he did the Easter
Bunny - that is to say not at all. He cried and cried (but then
again so did all the other kids save one in his class.) The
funny part was apparently that long after Chuck E. had left,
Sawyer was asking where Chuck E. had gone because the
teachers thought Sawyer wanted to give him a hug! "Chuck
E. go bye-bye?" Apparently he was happy to hug him but
wanted to make sure he was gone before he volunteered
the affection to the giant rodent.
