Grandmother And Granddad Sheffield Visit
We had a great week with Grandmother and Granddad
Sheffield in town for a visit. Sawyer got to get almost a full
week out of school and took great advantage of playing with
his cousins.
In preparation for their arrival he got a hair cut and we did it
even though we didn't have any food to try to distract him!
That's a first.
Grandmother was able to finally get a hat on him - which
we've wanted him to wear for a while - especially in the
Texas sun.
He loved coming to the airport with us and wanted to help
Grandmother, Granddad and Aunt Sandra and Uncle Mark
with their bags. It was adorable.
We also did some shopping with the whole family on
Sunday afternoon and Sawyer went nuts in the sporting
goods store with all the bikes - he never wanted to leave.
Shortly thereafter we surprised his dad with a party next
door with his friends (no photos here.)

A First
We've been trying to get Sawyer to tolerate
wearing a hat and it has been very
challenging - he did this voluntarily for a while.
