Daddy's Home!
While Brent had been gone the previous week and through
the weekend, Sawyer certainly could not get enough of
singing about and talking about "Daddy." He and Brent are
undoubtedly the best of buds.
Over the weekend, Sawyer and Kate went to the park twice
on Saturday and then three times on Sunday - between all
of Sawyer's energy and the great weather - it was a great
combination.
Needless to say Sawyer was very pleased to see his Daddy
on Sunday evening when Brent returned. Kate got him
dressed in his jammies for maximum "cuteness" at the
airport and let him run to his dad as soon as Brent came
through the door. There were a lot of "Aaahhhs."
This week we finally took him to an immunologist at the
suggestion of his regular pediatrician to see if we couldn't
help him with that nagging cough and runny nose. It turns
out there is not much to be done about it and we're not sure
he'll even grow out of it - but it's not that big of a deal. Just
good to watch.
Sawyer also went to watch Brent play volleyball - great for
everyone to see him but Sawyer was not please that he
couldn't play! Put me in coach!
