Another Day Of Snow
Saturday it was a cold and blustery day and that night it
snowed - so much so we got about 3 inches that blanketed
the yard, the roof and the wind had been so bad that snow
stuck to the sides of the trees - it reminded us of being
skiing. By that afternoon it had all melted - but it was still
cold.
So we tried to do as much running around as we possibly
could inside in order to get the weekend "wiggles'" out.
Sawyer ran up and down the hallway chasing the frisbee
from the frisbee launcher.
He also discovered the joy of "driving" - when he basically
tried to crawl up into the driver's seat of "Cartwright" and
was ready to take it for a spin.
Later in the week it warmed up tremendously and Sawyer
enjoyed time in the wagon and he's now okay with bathing
in the sink again - which we're very excited about - much
easier!
He's grown out of his jammies that were for 18 month olds
and is in 24 month old jammies - and they don't look big at
all. He'll be 18 months soon - so that's pretty much on
schedule for him.
But the biggest thing this week was actually something sad.
Sawyer's friend Finn is leaving school and transferring to
another that is closer to Finn's home. The two of them are
quite close - as you can see from the photos - we'll have to
be sure to set a lot of play dates.
