I Can Do It Myself!

Over the weekend we had lots of new words including,
Papa, purple and pink - but then during the week he
boycotted speaking, except on Wednesday morning when
he repeated the word "poopie" as clear as a bell - Kate
roared with laughter.

He started wanting to do everything on his own - he's been
wanting to feed himself for a while now, but this week he
tried to crawl up in the car for the first time and keeps trying
to do the buckle that goes over his chest.

He has managed to climb into his stroller on several
occasions and probably the most adorable is he has
started pulling his beloved wagon all by himself!

He already had a bruise on his right cheek, as well as the
shiner on his left eye, but this week he managed to do a
face-plant on the playground at school in the wood chips
and now he not only has a scraped up little face, but a
matching bruise on the other cheek!

But that certainly doesn't change the fact that his mommy
and daddy think he's the end all be all...
