The 15-Month Check Up
Sawyer went to the doctor this week for his 15-month check
up. He is 32.5 inches tall and 29 lbs now putting him in the
90th and 95th percentiles respectively.
Our big boy continues to love his new class. He's starting
to put signs together to create little sentences such as
"More please." This week he was learning about ground
transportation.
We had exceptionally cold weather in Dallas - down to 14
degrees. Because of the inclement weather school was
closed until ten on Thursday so Sawyer came to work with
Kate for a brief visit until Brent came and picked him up.
Also, during the week, while trying to "help" feed Pippin
Sawyer managed to spill the bag of dog food all over the
kitchen floor, and then promptly sat down and started to eat
Pippin's "Science Diet." We can't seem to get him to eat
veggies, but kibble he seemed to love.
Year 1 Week 12
"I'm Getting Too Big For This Scale"
Sawyer passes the time on the scale by
playing with nurse's pen - he appreciated at
least being allowed to keep his socks on.
Sawyer Loves The Wagon
He'll hang out in the wagon, even when it's
below freezing outside - he'd rather get
bundled up and risk cold hands, just to be
able to hang out in his favorite vehicle.
"Mom I Can Make It Move!"
Sawyer and Mom were at the doctor and he just loved the
blue tugboat again. He can almost get himself in and out
of it on his own - now it's getting too small for him...
Sit Back, Hold On And We're Ready to Roll!
Helping Feed The Dog
Sawyer pulled out the dog food upside down
and food spilled all over the floor. He decided
to give it a taste while is was all over.
