Big Ben Struck 12
We debated as to where to ring in the new year - Trafalgar Square,
along the Thames River or near Big Ben. We chose the later.
We arrived early to claim one of the better spots that would protect
us from being trampled by the huge crowds. It was amazing to
listen to each dong of Big Ben counting down toward the new
year. It was very cold and slightly rainy, so it was a perfect London
night.
