It Only Gets Better When The Sun Goes Down
All the monuments are lit up at night and truly gleam against a
darkened sky. Our last night in D.C. we took the opportunity to
drive around and marvel at the grandeur of them.
We also made our way over to the National Cathedral, but seeing
as services were obviously in full swing on Easter Saturday, we
did not poke our noses inside. It is also a spectacular and
impressive building.
It was a gorgeous night, but wow, was it cold!
