From The Lincoln Memorial To The Capitol Building
Kate didn't really understand what "The Mall" meant, but it's the
entire area, almost 2 miles long, that goes from the Lincoln
Memorial all the way to The Capitol Building.
We spent the whole of Friday afternoon enjoying the sunshine,
even if it was pretty cool, exploring this famous area that holds
three war memorials besides the Washington Monument and
the famous reflecting pool.
