More Than Just A Mountain
Denali National Park and Preserve’s dynamic glaciated
landscape supports a diversity of wildlife, including grizzly
bears, caribou, wolves, Dall sheep and moose. The crowning
jewel is North America’s highest peak - the awe-inspiring,
20,320 foot Mount McKinley. It was quite warm, so most of the
wildlife was hidden keeping cool, but we did see a moose.
