Ear Plugs For Swimming, Swimming With Daddy, Playing
On The Playground At The Future-Elementary School,
Lounging Around, Information For Santa (Yes, It's June)

Ever since Sawyer has had tubes put in his ears he's had
very little sickness but has been plagued by pain when water
gets in them. We finally fitted him for ear plugs so that this
summer and at swim lessons he can start having more fun
in the pool.  It wasn't that fun a procedure because one has
to sit there for ten minutes while the mold sets, but Sawyer
did very well.

We are really working hard and making sure that our
swimming is progressing because the summer is upon us
so Daddy and Sawyer have been spending lots of time in the
pool together working on "big arms and big legs."  He's really
getting the hang of it.

Over the weekend we went to Johnson, his future elementary
school and played soccer and on the playground equipment
- Sawyer loves playing where the big kids play.

It was also beautiful enough to sit outside for lunch and
Sawyer displayed his "Joe Cool" side when he sat back and
basqued in the mid-day sun.

Finally, we've taken to "texting Santa" when we want
something.  Mommy has started hiding the Lego catalogues
because he seems to think these are "magazines" with vital
information in them.  The other day was something he'd
never wanted or been interested in before.  It will change.

We had another Mommy and Me day where Sawyer went to
the "Lego Place," a.k.a. the gym, with Kate.  He got a bit more
rambunctious this time - but still did very well and wanted
Mommy to be sure to get lots of photos of his Lego creations.
